"My story starts in high school where I became overweight. At that time, I did not give the necessary attention and focus on my weight. Only when it was approaching prom did I find it very difficult for me to find a dress my size.

I finished high school and when I started college, my weight became more important. I started going to the gym twice a week. My brother goes to the gym a lot and he told me about your videos.

It was then I started going to the gym every day and started a good diet. My weight at that time was 215 pounds (97 kg) and now I weigh 130 pounds (60 kg).

"Fitness has been a struggle for most of my life. As a result I've struggled with being overweight. Living mostly a sedentary life and not making the right choices in my eating habits has made me fat.

I tried dieting multiple times, but usually retreated to my old habits. I also enrolled to a gym, started strong but never carried through. I failed to make it a priority in my life.
