"Fitness has been a struggle for most of my life. As a result I've struggled with being overweight. Living mostly a sedentary life and not making the right choices in my eating habits has made me fat.
I tried dieting multiple times, but usually retreated to my old habits. I also enrolled to a gym, started strong but never carried through. I failed to make it a priority in my life.
